C.I.S. Intelligence Note · 01
More information is not automatically more intelligence.
Before beginning research, arranging another meeting or introducing an AI tool, define the decision the activity is expected to improve. A clear decision gives information a purpose. It helps people distinguish what is relevant from what is merely available—and makes it possible to ask afterwards whether the work changed anything.
Practical question: What decision will this information allow us to make differently?
This hub organises public editorial and learning material. It is separate from the private C.I.S. Intelligence Resource used to support commissioned client work.
