This notice applies to visitors who use or contact Cultural Intelligence Studio through this website. Cultural Intelligence Studio is founder-led by Jabbi Delahaye in the United Kingdom.
Information you may provide
An enquiry may include your name, email address, organisation or project name, the type of support you are interested in, the decision you are trying to make and information about your project or intended outcome.
How the information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, assess whether the studio is a suitable fit, prepare a proposed next step and maintain necessary correspondence. It is not sold or used for unrelated automated marketing.
How the enquiry form works
The form submits your answers directly to secure website storage and returns a reference confirming receipt. A hidden anti-spam field and submission controls help reject automated or excessive submissions.
Optional updates
The separate updates checkbox is optional and is not required to submit an enquiry. If you select it, your choice is recorded with the enquiry. You may withdraw that choice by contacting C.I.S.
Privacy-conscious measurement
Optional analytics operate only after you choose “Allow optional analytics”. They record limited events such as page views and selected actions, using the page path and time. They do not intentionally include names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, cross-site profiles, diagnostic answers or enquiry content. Declining optional analytics does not affect access to the website or services.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for correspondence, project administration, legitimate business records or legal obligations. Information may be handled by essential website or professional service providers where necessary, subject to their own security and privacy arrangements.
Your choices
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held about you, subject to any legal need to retain it. You may also withdraw from an enquiry at any time.
